How We Crack the Case
Every good investigation needs a playbook. This is ours. We keep it structured so projects don’t drift, but flexible enough to handle messy realities. Click through each section below to see how we run cases, what you’ll get, and the rules that keep everything clean.
The Case Process (How)
Every asset follows the same nine steps. That’s how we keep work clear, on time, and airtight.
* Clocks: Standard capacity: 1–2 major assets/week—larger requests are scheduled into future slots.
The Evidence Locker (What)
This is what actually lands on your desk. No fluff, no mystery deliverables.
Mix, match, swap—but only before drafting starts. Once the outline’s approved, scope freezes.
Engagements (How You Hire Us)
Every case is different, so we don’t sell “mystery tokens” or make you track credits.
Here’s how we work together:
All work runs through the same process above (call → sweep → theory → proof pack → draft → ship). No surprises, no fuzzy math.
House Rules (The Boring Stuff That Save Us Both)
Guardrails aren’t glamorous, but they keep the case moving—and keep all of us sane.
Money, But Easy
Payments should be as simple as the work is rigorous.
Final Safety Nets
These are the unbreakable rules. They keep things clean and protect us both.
-
We set the scene together. What’s the job, who decides yes, what “done” looks like, and how we’ll measure success—whether that’s speeding deals, cutting approval loops, or producing something sales actually reuses. Think briefing-before-the-heist vibes.
-
We gather what you’ve already got, interview your people, peek at competitors, and tag facts worth fighting for. Dead leads stay on the board but don’t waste time.
-
We frame the angle and draft a message map. Nothing gets written until you sign off.
-
Quotes, stats, visuals, and search intent—lined up in one doc. Gaps flagged in red so legal doesn’t faint later.
-
Clear, human, no buzzword salad. Comes with margin notes if you want the “why we chose this path” backstory.
-
Product, sales, and legal weigh in. Two consolidated revision rounds, max. If we can’t cite it, it doesn’t make the page.
-
We ship. You don’t just get the asset—you get routes: an exec post, an SDR opener, a sales line built for slide four.
-
Where it lives, when it goes live. Deployment isn’t an afterthought.
-
We review: Did it move? Did it help deals? Did it cut repeat questions? Did it speed approvals? Hits stay. Misses get cut. Every next case gets cleaner.
-
Homepages, solution pages, features, ebooks, blogs, social media, landing pages, emails, and more. Clear, confident voice.
-
True stories with teeth: quotes, data, and a one-pager version for sales.
-
Topic maps, briefs, cleanups, FAQs. We chase intent, not superstition.
-
We hop on a call, talk specs, and return a written quote to you within 24 hours. You sign off via DocuSign, we invoice via Stripe, and the work kicks off. Clean and traceable.
-
If you’ve got a launch window or a high-stakes deliverable, we quote and lock scope for a 2–4 week turnaround. Fixed fee, fixed timeline, no drama.
-
If you need steady flow (think: two blogs a month, a case study per quarter, social packs on repeat), we scope and price a recurring retainer that fits your pipeline.
-
Once you approve an outline, that’s the version we chase. New angles, new examples, or “what if we try this instead” count as change orders.
-
You get two revision rounds per asset. Feedback must be consolidated by one decider. Extra rounds or scattershot edits trigger a change order.
-
If we don’t hear back within ten business days, the draft moves forward as if approved.
-
One reviewer of record, max five consolidated comments per round. More than that slows the case.
-
Kickoff + one review call per asset are included. Anything beyond that is billed separately (or quoted in advance).
-
Interviews must be scheduled within seven business days. If they slide, so does the delivery date.
-
If we can’t cite it, we don’t ship it. No exceptions.
-
50% deposit upfront, 50% on delivery. Deposits are non-refundable.
-
Subscription + autopay on Stripe. Scope defined in contract.
-
A last minute one-off social media post, email, etc. Typically a few paragraphs to half a page. Must be paid in full before work starts.
-
All rights transfer only after final payment clears. Until then, you’re test-driving.
-
Deposits are non-refundable.
-
Two revision rounds included per asset; extras = change order.
-
Rush fees apply only if agreed upfront, in writing.
-
If approvals or interviews are delayed on your side, delivery dates move accordingly.
-
If we can’t cite it, we don’t ship it.
